AdXenx is a brand operated by UpgradeX, a sole proprietorship registered in Benin. UpgradeX is not a company: it is a natural person trading in their own name.

Operator: SOVIMI Aziz Vorrez, Beninese national. Registered trading name: UpgradeX. Registered seat: Îlot 4600, Parcelle N, Zogbadjè, Abomey-Calavi, Atlantique, Benin.

Registered activity: computer and related activities - software engineering, custom software development, maintenance and technical support, technology consulting, information-systems integration, business-process automation.

UpgradeX is registered with the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register (RCCM) of Cotonou, Benin.

RCCM number: RB/ABC/24 A 117739. Date of principal registration: 31 December 2024.

Responsible for publication

The person responsible for publication on both applications is SOVIMI Aziz Vorrez, operator of UpgradeX.

He answers for the content published by the platform itself: public pages, documentation, messages sent by the service. Creatives, texts, messages and files uploaded by advertisers, publishers and creators remain the responsibility of whoever uploaded them.

Email is the surest way to reach us, including for a legal request or a complaint: it leaves a written record on both sides.

What this notice covers

This notice applies to two applications:

adxenx.com - the advertiser workspace. publisher.adxenx.com - the workspace for site and app publishers, and for creators.

Two services run on them. First, a banner ad network: the advertiser funds a campaign budget, banners are served on publishers' websites and apps, and billing is per impression (CPM) or per click (CPC) depending on the campaign goal. Second, a creators marketplace: an advertiser books a creator for a paid content deal and the money is held in escrow by the platform until the work is approved.

Amounts are in CFA francs (XOF). How billing, revenue share, escrow and payouts actually work is set out in the Terms, not here.

Hosting

The AdXenx applications and the ad server that delivers the banners run on cloud infrastructure.

Creatives uploaded by advertisers and the attachments exchanged in deal conversations are stored on Cloudflare R2.

We do not publish the details of our hosting on this page. If you need that information for a legal request, write to [email protected].

Our intellectual property

The AdXenx name, the UpgradeX name, the logos, the visual identity, the texts, the interfaces, the ad server, the code and the platform documentation belong to SOVIMI Aziz Vorrez, operator of UpgradeX, or are used with their owners' permission (licensed third-party libraries and components).

You may name AdXenx and link to the site. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, decompile or reuse the platform, its code, its visual identity or its documentation, in whole or in part, without our prior written agreement.

Using the service normally, as an advertiser, publisher or creator, needs no extra permission: that is what your account is for.

Your content stays yours

Advertisers keep the rights to their creatives, brands and copy. Publishers keep the rights to their websites and apps. Creators keep the rights to the content they produce, subject to whatever they agree with the advertiser in the deal.

So that the service can work, when you upload content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, limited to what is technically necessary to: store the file, resize or reformat it to the dimensions of ad placements, serve it on publishers' websites and apps, and display it inside the platform's interfaces (previews, reports, deal history).

This licence applies wherever the campaign is served. It lasts for as long as the content is being served, then for the time needed for billing, proof of delivery and handling any dispute. It does not let us sell your content, or use it to promote ourselves without your agreement.

By uploading content, you confirm that you hold the rights needed to have it served.

Reporting content

If you believe that content served by AdXenx infringes your rights or is unlawful, write to [email protected] and tell us:

what you saw and where (the page address, a screenshot, and the campaign or creative id if you have it); what is yours and on what basis; how to reach you, so we can reply.

We look at these reports as quickly as we can, and we may suspend delivery of the creative concerned while we do.

Personal data and cookies

The details are in the Privacy Policy. Three things are worth saying here, because they are not visible:

Ad serving records technical information for every impression and every click, including the IP address. Microsoft Clarity records browsing behaviour on our web apps (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling) to help us fix the interfaces. A Cal.com booking widget is embedded on the booking pages and loads from Cal.com.

Signing in to your account uses an httpOnly authentication cookie, and your browser keeps your signed-in state locally.

Updates to this notice

This notice can change, in particular if the address, the contact details or the registration information change, or if we change hosting or storage provider.
